It’s important to be familiar with the National Firearms Act, which outlines all registration and taxation procedures. Perry’s Gun Shop has a Class III license, so we are able to offer you the best options available of all suppressors, short-barreled rifles (SBRs), short-barreled shotguns (SBSs), and Transferrable Machine Guns. We offer several brands of silencers ranging from 22 rimfire calibers all the way up to 338 & even 50 BMG. Interested in Suppressors, SBRs or SBSs but don’t know the legal classifications? To be considered a short-barreled rifle, the firearm must have a buttstock with a rifled barrel less than 16 inches. Something to be aware of is that the total length of our SBRs are measured in the EXTENDED position. The process of becoming an owner of an NFA item takes time. Contact a member of our knowledgeable staff to start the process today!
